The Real Estate Program at 糖心视频 offers courses designed to help students prepare for work in myriad real estate fields and can lead to either an Associate Degree or Certificate in Real Estate. Courses in this program will also fill the educational requirements for the California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker鈥檚 Licenses and will help prepare both the salesperson and the broker for the state examination.

Program Learning Outcomes
Students completing the Real Estate or Broker's License degree or certificate at 糖心视频 College will, among other things, be able to:
- Differentiate and describe the essential elements and legal effects of various real estate documents, steps in an escrow, real estate financing and investment, and real estate valuation techniques.
- Differentiate and describe how to conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner in any real estate office.
