The Culture and Community Circle sessions celebrate the experiences  and contributions of various communities including people who are differently abled (Disabilities Awareness month); the Filipino/a/x community, (Filipinx Heritage month); local Indigenous communities (Native American Heritage month); the Latino/a/x community (Latinx Heritage month); Undocumented/Status/DACAmented /Dreamer students, (Undocumented Student Action Week), the Middle Eastern community,  and the contributions of women (Women's History Month).

Equity-Minded Teaching and Learning Institute (EMTLI)

The Equity-Minded Teaching and Learning Institute (EMTLI) is a yearly cohort-based professional development activity in which participating faculty analyze their classroom data, disaggregate by race/ethnicity, and then make changes to their curriculum and teaching practices using an equity-minded teaching framework.
